At Shane's Inspiration they believe that the right to play is the right of every children. Unfortunately, most public playgrounds exclude children with disabilities because they are either inaccessible or offer equipment that is extremely limited. SHANE'S INSPIRATION is an international non-profit dedicated to fostering a bias-free world for children with disabilities through the creation of inclusive playgrounds and programs that unite children of all abilities. Shane’s Inspiration is currently sponsoring an essay contest throughout North America that provides an opportunity for communities to win $150,000 in accessible playground equipment and design, development and programming services.
